Exchanges:
- We offer free postage on exchanges for all full-price garments. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange, provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
Returns:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return full-price garments within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- To return an item, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ensure you receive the correct item or a full refund.
