The purchaser will not copy, use or infringe on Miss Molly’s intellectual property. This includes property rights, trademarks, logos, designs, business names, Domain names, product knowledge and marketing concepts.
All content, designs and photographic material are subject to copy right and are wholly owned by Miss Molly.
Miss Molly ships with Fastway couriers wherever possible and with Australia Post if necessary. Australia post can deliver Express post if requested, but will incur additional charges. Payment for express post can be organised via email ( email@example.com) All parcels shipped have tracking ID. You may request the tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel.
An exchange is given for Faulty items or otherwise organised through our helpful team. These are accepted in accordance with ACCC guidelines.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind, however, we are happy to provide an exchange if you do within 21 days of the original purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Miss Molly. We cover postage costs on review of return. All Goods must be returned with due care undamaged and in new condition. We recommend using postage that ensures safe transit. These are accepted in accordance with ACCC guidelines.
Miss Molly’s e-store is EASY & SECURE to use. We use Paypal and Visa and Mastercard (MIGS) secure payment method as our preferred payment systems. Paypal, Visa and Mastercard all offer safe and fast online payments anywhere, anytime.
