Shipments & Returns

SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING

Miss Molly strives for excellent customer service and will dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery is generally between overnight and 10 working days depending on location.  

Postage is standard shipping. If you require Express post please request via email at sale@missmolly.com.au and we will contact you for further payment to cover additional cost. 

On request you will be sent a tracking ID after your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can be located on the relevant website. Australia Post Parcel plus for most remote locations and Fastway Couriers for most east coast locations, except those delivered to a Post Box.  These will be delivered by Australia Post. Express post may be organised by contacting the store. Additional costs may apply to west coast Australia Post deliveries.

Express post and heavy cargo will incur additional cost as per Aus Post Express Post satchels and also Fastway Couriers.  This post may be added after a sale is completed on line if reasonable ie .  Heavy sale items to west coast.

In peak times and sales please allow more time for your order to be dispatched.

Miss Molly recommends customers provide a secure delivery adddress, for example your employment address or a relative that can take delivery if difficult for you.  Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance, and miss molly is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Miss Molly will deliver to most Australian addresses and to most international addresses using a contracted courier service. Fastway couriers require the delivery to be signed for by the Purchaser. Parcels can be left without signature by request.  Any risk will pass to the Purchaser and or any other person who signs for the receipt of the delivery. Miss Molly cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike or transport complications. The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address details in writing. Please provide phone details to further assist if needed. If the nominated courier is unable to deliver the Purchaser’s order due to either incorrect information provided by the Purchaser or if there is no one to sign for and physically receive the parcel, a delivery fee may apply. This fee will be charged to the Purchaser’s Paypal acct.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Orders will incur shipping expenses as per Australia Post or contracted courier service. In the event of International sales the correct postage costs will be forwarded in addition to the cost of item being shipped. Please forward your intention to purchase to sales@missmolly.com.au and we will forward details within 24 hours.

WARRANTIES

Warranties and other provisions which apply to or in respect of goods under or by virtue of the Australian Consumer Law as amended from time to time or any other enactment of the Commonwealth of Australia, the State of NEW SOUTH WALES  or of any other place and which by that enactment cannot be excluded from these Terms and Conditions shall apply without restriction or modification. All other warranties, conditions and guarantees which would or may be implied (whether by statute law, trade usage or otherwise) into this account agreement (including in particular any which may in any way relate to quality or fitness for any particular purpose) are hereby expressly excluded from these Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Miss Molly.  Linen bedding must be returned, unopened, undamaged and in new condition. We recommend using postage that ensures safe transit. Address returns to;  Miss Molly, The Living Hearth   shop 2 /273 Lawrence Hargrave Drive Thirroul NSW 2515. 

For Garments we expect that sometimes they will be the wrong size or not exactly what you are looking for.  If this is the case we accept returns on garments that have not been worn and are in brand new condition. Unopened doesn't apply!
